"I found Lisa's classes so enjoyable – not only did she cook the most delicious food made from fresh and seasonal ingredients, but she had a wonderful way of explaining everything about low GI foods in a way that it was easy to understand."
Barbara Cohen, Sydney

"It is certainly a unique experience to attend the Lisa Lintner Cooking School. Lisa places great emphasis on low GI carbs, organic and fresh fruit, vegetables and protein. The food Lisa teaches us to prepare adds wonderfully healthy and wholesome variety to our everyday eating."

Welcome to my new food and healthy lifestyle website. I want to introduce you to my books, cooking school, food coaching, and the various products I sell through my cooking classes.

This website has been designed with busy, energetic people in mind. Here you will gain an overview of my cooking and my passion for organic, locally sourced produce of the best quality.

My classes have always been centred around seasonal, locally grown and organic produce, prepared for easy and nutritious recipes. After I created the recipes for "The New Glucose Revolution Lifeplan", I introduced many more low GI recipes to my classes, as the need for information on low GI foods grew. We have come a long way in understanding the benefits of good food, well prepared, for health and wellbeing.

Here you can view my cooking school programme, the products I make, and the books I have written and am currently writing. Also, you might like to check out the details of my one-on-one food coaching sessions - for those of you who want to learn more about cooking and eating well, for seriously good health and abundant vitality.

My background in food covers lecturing, TV and radio work, operating a restaurant, writing books and running my cooking school and food coaching business. With every career change in food, I have always followed my personal philosophy that organic, seasonal and locally sourced foods, prepared with love and energy, can vastly improve your wellbeing and benefit you mentally, physically and emotionally.
