With 30 years in the food business, I feel I am uniquely placed to help realise your full potential in the kitchen.

I hold personalised one-on-one sessions, specialising in low GI cooking, with a strong emphasis on locally sourced organic food, and delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes. I will teach you how to maximise Sydney’s quality produce for a lifetime of good health and abundant energy.

These four-hour food coaching sessions are held in your own kitchen and include detailed instructions in cooking skills and techniques, information on the use of low GI foods, printed low GI recipes and gourmet food presentation using top quality, organic and seasonal produce.
